ユービーアイソフトは、2017年9月14日に発売を予定しているPS4/Xbox One用ソフト「F1 2017」について、キャリアモードを紹介する新トレーラーを公開した。
今回のトレーラーは、本作で深みを増し、過去最高の内容になったというキャリアモードにフォーカスしている。

前作のキャリアモードは大変評判が良かったので、前作のモードをベースにより深みがあり、完成されたものを今作で作り上げました。
女性ドライバーのアバターや新たなパドックロケーション、新たなキャラクターを追加し、チームやマシンを開発、改良できる範囲も拡大しました。これらすべてが、今年収録されるクラシックマシンも含めてF1 2017が過去最高峰の体験になることを保証してくれるでしょう。
