サイバーフロントは、2013年6月27日発売予定のPS3/Xbox 360/PC用ソフト「スナイパー ゴーストウォリアー2」において、主人公の過去と現在を描いた日本語PV「戦場の亡霊」を公開した。

過去との対峙
兵器密売阻止のため潜入した取引現場で、アンダーソンが目にしたもの。それは過去に自分を陥れる原因となった人物の姿だった。アンダーソンは罠だと気付くが、運命の歯車はすでに狂い始めていたのだった……。
サラエボでの悲劇
1993年、サラエボ。大量虐殺の証拠を入手するため、荒廃した市街地に潜入したアンダーソンとスポッターのマドックス。案内人のメリノフと共に任務を遂行するなかで、彼らに悲劇が襲いかかる。
