任天堂は、Nintendo Switch用ソフト「マリオ＋ラビッツ ギャラクシーバトル」を2022年12月2日に発売する。
本発表は、9月13日に行われた「Nintendo Direct 2022.9.13」にて明らかとなった。新たに公開された映像では、マリオとラビッツたちが、仕掛けいっぱいのフィールドを自由に動き回りながら、広大な惑星を探索する様子が収められている。
訪れた場所では、探索しながら住民のお悩みを解決したり、ショップでバトルで役に立つアイテムを購入可能。また映像では、マリオたちのスキルを強化して、バトルを有利に展開するといったシステムも確認できる。
さらに本発表にあわせ、ニンテンドーeショップにて予約受付が開始。9月16日からは、前作「マリオ＋ラビッツ キングダムバトル」がいっせいトライアルに登場することもアナウンスされている。
