THQ Nordicは、Mac版「ELEX II」を2023年8月16日に発売した。価格は7,000円（税込）。
隕石の衝突により文明が崩壊した惑星「マガラン」が舞台のオープンワールド・SFアクションRPG「ELEX II」がMacに登場。本作は、Mac上でIndirect Command Buffer（ICB）アプローチをフルに活用する先駆的なタイトルの1つとなり、Metalシェーディング言語に特化したシェーダーを持つわずかな数のゲームの1つにもなるとのこと。
