KONAMIは、PSP/3DS/Wii用ソフト「ワールドサッカー ウイニングイレブン 2013」の発売日が11月1日に決定したと発表した。
PS3版に続き、PSP/ニンテンドー3DS/Wii版の11月1日発売が決定した。PSP/3DS版では「サッカー応援価格」として、求めやすい価格設定となっている。
