ソニー・コンピュータエンタテインメントジャパンは、PS3用ソフト「グランツーリスモ5」において、1月27日より開催される福岡モーターショーで特別ギフトコードを配布することを発表した。
会場の「グランツーリスモ」ブースでは、先日の東京オートサロン2012に続き、日本初上陸となるレッドブル X2010の1/1スケールモデルが展示される。あわせて、1階ブースでは1月18日に発売されたばかりの新DLC「スピードテスト・パック」を体験できる専用の試遊台（整理券制）で、同車の圧倒的スピードをバーチャルドライビングにて味わうことができるぞ。また、2階ブースの試遊台では、最新の「グランツーリスモ5」をプレイできる。
また、ブースでは「ご来場特典ギフトコード」付パンフレットが配布される。記載されたコードを「グランツーリスモ・ドットコム」で入力すると「グランツーリスモ5」内で使用できるクルマを一台入手できる。コードごとにクルマが異なるため、どのクルマが入手できるかは受け取ってからの楽しみとなっている。
