エレクトロニック・アーツは、iOS/Android用アプリ「EA SPORTS FIFA ワールドクラスサッカー2015」について、「宮本恒靖×FIFA2015キャンペーン」内イベント“宮本監督セレクションクイズ”の答えとなる3チームを発表した。
宮本氏が「最強」「注目」「イケメン」のテーマで、欧州5大リーグから選手を厳選。下記の3つのコンセプトを元に3つのベストイレブンが選ばれた
「最強イレブン」：2014-15シーズンの実績を加味して選手を選出
「注目イレブン」：2015-16シーズンで宮本氏が注目・期待する選手を選出
「イケメンイレブン」：女性サッカーファンを増やすべく、見た目も美しい選手を選出
また、「宮本監督からの挑戦状」と題し、日本人元プロ選手としては初めてFIFAマスターを取得した宮本氏が選んだ上記3チームに挑むイベントや、「僕が監督目線で選んだイレブンはいかがでしたか？ぜひ、この3つのイレブンに挑戦してください！」とコメントする宮本氏が、選出について語った読み物もアプリ内にて掲載されている。宮本氏のサッカー論に触れられるチャンスとなるぞ。
「宮本監督からの挑戦状」イベント概要
宮本氏が選んだメンバーで構成された最強イレブン/注目イレブン/イケメンイレブンに試合を挑むイベントです。勝利したゲームプレーヤーには、報酬として、スター選手が獲得できるチケットなど、豪華賞品が配布されます。
